Class Types

Strength Classes

  • Kettlebells Levels 1 & 2

    The kettlebell is a highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength. Level 1 has no pre-requisites and will teach you everything you need to know to attend Level 2.

  • The Mid-Weeker & Week-Ender

    This 60 minute class fuses strength and mobility work, with an extra layer of play. Strength work could include the use of bodyweight, bands, kettlebells and more. Mobility will range from active mobility techniques like FRC to relaxing mobility like yin yoga and breath work. No pre-requisites.

  • The Heavy

    The Heavy is a barbell focused class that will give you the chance to challenge your maximum strength and lift heavy.

    It is recommended that you feel confident with movement mechanics of a deadlift & squat before attending this class.

  • Strength Hybrid

    With a focus on progressive skill execution and building strength, this class will get the blood flowing!

  • The Jungle Gym - Calisthenics

    Challenge your concept of movement as you explore new ways to build stability and strength. This class fuses bodyweight strength elements like gymnastics, ring & bar work, handstands, and more. No pre-requisites.

  • Peak Conditioning

    Peak Conditioning is an opportunity for you to challenge your cardio and endurance. In this high energy class we will use a fusion of dynamic and static movements to support in building your aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Options for bodyweight, banded or weighted exercises will be offered. Expect to get sweaty and move at a faster pace, all while maintain technique to keep your body safe. 

  • Queer Strength

    Queer Strength is an accessible and affordable strength practice for members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and their allies in a non-gendered movement space.

  • Community Strength

    An accessible strength based practice that will move you through body weight strength exercises, weighted movements, and more.

Yoga & Pilates Classes

  • Functional Flow

    Functional Flow was created out of the desire to integrate current movement research into the traditional Vinyasa Flow practice.

  • Community Yin

    Slow, guided stretching to create space in your body & calm your mind. $5 to drop-in.

  • Yin/Yang

    Yin/Yang Yoga provides you with the perfect balance of effort and ease. Spend half of the class moving through a vinyasa style practice that will challenge your strength and mobility, and finish with longer held postures that will help you to soften, relax, and find greater range of motion. All levels are welcome.

    We believe that a strong and stable core is a pillar of overall well-being. This class combines the precision and control of mat pilates with the power and endurance of strength training to create a workout that targets every muscle group, with a special emphasis on the core muscles.

  • Restorative Mobility

    Slow down, breathe and roll out with this restorative practice that will leave you feel spacious and calm.

  • Functional Mobility

    Find strength & engagement at your end ranges of motion and improve your joint mobility in a safe way. Commit to a regular mobility practice and we promise you will see great improvements in your performance.

  • The Long Game

    The long game is a class for those who wants to be able to do the things they love for as long as possible. This class is one that promotes a longer lifespan AND a longer healthspan (the part of a person’s life during which they are generally in good health). This class is for all ages. This class is for anyone keen to take their health into their own hands and approach it from a preventative perspective.
