Strength Hybrid


This class has it all! Our training philosophy takes you through focused mobility, specialized skill work, strength conditioning, and recovery. We’ll use a variety of equipment like kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, rings, resistance bands, dowels, and your own body weight. With a focus on progressive skill execution and building strength, this class will get the blood flowing!

No prerequisites are needed for this class.

What if I find I can’t do an exercise?

Our coaches will offer options and work with you to offer alternatives that will allow you to build skill and strength or to support the recovery of an injury.

Is this only a strength building class?

Not at all! You’ll explore elements of mobility, power, endurance, and dynamic movement. All while getting a great workout!
