This class truly has it all! Strength Hybrid is designed to help you build a powerful foundation with a blend of focused mobility, progressive skill work, and strength conditioning, all capped off with recovery to leave you feeling strong and balanced. With a focus on heavy lifting and functional strength, we incorporate equipment like kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, rings, resistance bands, dowels, and your own body weight to challenge your muscles and improve your mechanics.

Each class emphasizes progressive skill execution, giving you the tools to safely lift heavier, move better, and grow stronger. To finish things off, we add a burst of conditioning to elevate your heart rate and leave you with that satisfying post-workout glow. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve technique, or simply sweat it out, Strength Hybrid has something for everyone!

Our coaches will offer options and work with you to offer alternatives that will allow you to build skill and strength or to support the recovery of an injury.

Not at all! You’ll explore elements of mobility, power, endurance, and dynamic movement. All while getting a great workout!
