Class Policies

At Third Space Movement, we believe in the power of intention and presence. Committing to your time with us is an essential part of creating a meaningful experience for yourself and the community.

  • Arrive Early: We recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes before class begins to settle in and get into the right mindset. This ensures a smooth start for both you and the group.

  • Stay for the Full Class: Our teachers thoughtfully design each session to provide a complete and cohesive experience. Out of respect for their efforts and the other participants, please plan to stay for the entire class duration. Leaving early can disrupt the flow and impact the collective energy of the room.

  • Note* late arrivial and/or leaving early will not be permitted for any type of yoga class as we are strictly commited to maintaining the energy in these types of classes

Your presence and commitment helps us foster a supportive, focused, and respectful environment for everyone. Thank you for showing up with intention and honouring the full experience.

  • You speak with clear, encouraging, positive, and honest communication to all;

  • You respect the needs and boundaries of all individuals;
