Functional Flow Yoga


Functional Flow was created out of the desire to integrate current movement research into the traditional Vinyasa Flow practice. Class sequences are designed to provide an educational experience while strengthening your body at end ranges of motion for stability and mobility. This class will weave in the elements of flow, movement and breath, while also encouraging students to investigate the integrity of their postures through alignment cues, strengthening, and a deeper body awareness.

Can I come even if I’m a beginner?

Of course you can! Our teachers are able to provide accessible demonstrations of each pose. Introduce yourself before class and they’ll happily set you up for success.

I have an injury, and can’t do a pose. What should I do?

Listen to your body, and let our teachers know. They will help you adjust a pose to ensure you are promoting recovery and caring for your body.

Why is posture and alignment important in yoga?
