Our treatment rooms come fully furnished and rates include wifi, electricity/hydro, partial greeting services (dependant on front desk hours), charting space outside of treatment room, equipment storage, central location, free off-street parking, a discounted Third Space Movement membership, and more.

The Haven
Size: 115 sq. ft.
Rate: $12.75-$15.00/hr depending on number of days per week
This room includes a standard massage table, desk, chair, shelving, decor, and more. Linen and equipment storage is located outside of the room. This room is ideal for:

This is room is available for multiple shifts per week. Shifts are rented on a 6 hour basis between 7:45am-1:45pm or 2:00pm-8:00pm, or on a full day basis. Laundry is available for use for an additional fee per shift.
The Nest
Size: 105 sq. ft.
Rate: $12.75-$15.00/hr depending on number of days per week

Community Kitchen
Size: 242 sq. ft.
Rate: $30-50/hr depending on number of hours and days per week.
This bright and spacious kitchen makes the perfect space for events and gatherings. Comes fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, microwave, toaster oven, instant hot water, fridge/freezer, and more. Access to our rooftop patio and fresh air is also available from this space.
The Treehouse
Size: 248 sq. ft.
Rate: $17-40/hr depending on number of hours and days per week
This bright and beautiful space is perfect for one on one or small group training, private events, and more. Comes with equipment like kettlebells, bands, yoga blocks, straps, bolsters, dowels, chairs, ceiling mounts of rings or TRX, vertical wall mount for bands, air conditioning, sound system and more.
The Movement Space
Size: 673 sq. ft.
Rate: $15-20 per hour for 1-on-1, shared rental
$75-100/hr for private rentals
Our biggest space is perfect for larger events, training, and workshops. Comes with lots of equipment, including: benches, boxes, medicine balls, slam balls, barbells and plates, kettlebells, battle ropes, yoga props, and more. There is a large bay door that can open up in warmer weather.
