Although our address is 721 Kings Road, our entrance is located off of Westbourne Place. We share the building with Frank Whites Dive Shop so if you’ve found their front door, come around the corner to your left and into the parking lot to enter, It can be tricky to find us!

We have three shower stalls on the ground floor of our studio. We provide shampoo, conditioner & towels upon request, free of charge, as well as a hairdryer.

Our downstairs washroom is gender neutral and wheelchair accessible. We supply tampons, personal hygiene products & more.

Need to work on something before or after class? Come have a seat at our table in our community kitchen!

The Tree House! Here is where we host small workshops and 1-1 personal training. It’s also available for hourly rentals.

Welcome to our main lobby, aka “The Living Room”. It’s a place for people to hang out, have meaningful conversations, share stories, and be their authentic selves.

We have two dry change rooms and ample locker storage in The Living Room to place your things in during class or your treatment.

Moving on up to our second floor, where our community kitchen and Recovery Clinic reside.

Out the sliding doors of our kitchen is our rooftop patio, which has hosted many a community barbecue
