Small Group Personal Training

Get personalized training in a small group format. Our coaches will meet your needs and goals by providing a thorough 1-on-1 movement assessment, followed by a 1-on-1 session where you learn your personal program. From there each session will be with a small group (4 or less), with each person working on their own unique programming with one coach supervising technique and adding progressions or modifications as needed.

Step 1: Movement Assessment

Meet with a coach to discuss your goals and specific needs. Our coaches will work with you directly to determine what type of program is best suited for you and your body through movement assessment and goal setting.

Step 2: Program Introduction

We teach movement in a mindful way, meaning that we want you to feel good while you move and we want you to move in a way that is efficient and safe. Prior to small group training, participants will spend a 1 on 1 session with a coach focused on introducing fundamental movements that will prepare them for the training program.

 

Step 3: Small Group Training Sessions

Time to train! After your 1 on 1 sessions, you will begin small group training sessions. Each group has a maximum of 4 participants to ensure quality time for instruction and coaching. Small group training programs consist of 60 minute sessions, 1x or 2x/week. Join an existing time slot or bring your friends and form your own group! Fill out the form below.
