1-on-1 personal training offers the space for you to work with a coach 1 on 1 to satisfy your specific needs and goals. Each session will be designed just for you and will progress overtime as you build new strength, mobility and confidence.

 

Connect with your body, mind and breath.

We teach movement in a mindful way, meaning that we want you to feel good while you move and we want you to move in a way that is efficient and safe. Through working with our coaches you will find a deeper understanding and appreciation for your body, mind and breath.

Play in a new way.

Our coaches are ready to share multiple different movement types that could have you moving and playing in new ways. Always wanted to do a cartwheel? Schedule a gymnastics lesson. Curious how to lift weights? We have a coach for that. Look below for all modalities offered.

 

Commit to movement longevity.

We want you to keep moving until your 80! Train with our coaches and encourage longevity in your movement modalities. Personal training and private lessons range from $80-130 per session depending on the coach, modality and time. Email us for exact pricing.
