The Jungle Gym Calisthenics


Try something new, again! Calisthenics is the best comprehensive bodyweight training there is. This class will challenge your concept of movement as you explore new ways to build stability and strength. This class will include elements of gymnastics, handstands, tumbling, ring work, bar work, and more. Technique work, drills and practice will help you build progressive strength and mobility that will enhance performance in complementary training like weights, running, biking, and climbing. Come with a willingness to work hard and play and be surprised by how much you are capable of!

Is this class beginner friendly?

Yes! We will meet you where you’re at. Our coaches will tailor the exercises to what you need to feel confident and safe, while gaining strength and skill.

I’ve never gone upside-down before, I’m nervous!

We hear you! It can be scary to go upside down, but we can help you get there gradually and safely. There are various ways to progress before going all the way.

I don’t feel very flexible, can I still take this class?

Yes! Mobility is a key component built into this class. You are not only building strength, but also the functional mobility you need.
