Queer Strength
Queer Strength is an accessible and affordable strength practice for members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and their allies in a non-gendered movement space. This 45 minute class will be taught by our team of coaches that identify as members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and incorporate a variety of body weight exercises, learning weighted movements like kettlebells, rings, & more! No experienced required.

How much does it cost?

Will this class take place indoors or outdoors?
Sometimes this class is hosted outside. This depends on weather and equipment needs. Please come prepared for indoor and outdoor options.
What should I wear for class?
Wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in. This could be shorts, pants, t-shirt, tank top, long sleeve, etc. When we do classes indoors we usually practice in bare feet. If you would prefer to wear shoes, please bring clean indoor shows to practice in, street shoes will not be permitted in the movement space.
