Words to move by:
As my mum would say from a small age: “go move, have fun with your friends and let those endorphins kick in, you’ll feel much better afterwards”.

I move because:
Moving my body helps me to connect with my breath, ground me in my day and creates space mentally and physically. Open body, open heart, open mind.
