I don't have a particular genre or playlist, this is something that, like the season, changes quite often. I believe music is one of the best ways to put words to feelings.
Words to connect by:
I don't meditate to find peace. I meditate to meet reality and by meeting reality, I've begun to develop clarity and acceptance. With clarity and acceptance, I began to soften. By softening, I found stillness. And in stillness, I've started to understand peace.
I connect because:
I've experienced the enjoyment of embodiment meaning, I have been able to develop skills and awareness to calm an anxious mind and an overstimulated nervous system which has helped me navigate this crazy thing called life. Through divorce, single parenting, isolation, pandemic and the natural chaos we experience through life, I have found myself more than ever, looking for a place of internal safety and calmness. The more I teach, and the more I learn, the more I want to create space for others to find what their inner peace looks like. Calm the nerves, feel our feet on the ground, and tap into that innate inner magic that we all have within.
