Bryn Thompson
Connect with him:
Connect with Bryn at his professional practice at Third Space, Rise Health, or Fix Healthcare. Find him on foot, wheels, horse, board, or skis, adventuring in the wilderness in the Central Chilcotin at his family’s other home. Join him in a deep dive breathwork ceremony or on a wilderness retreat.
Tunes to connect to:
I listen to everything! But connecting around music - in clinic: Garth Stevenson, Cellomano, Holloway and other spacious vibes. Outside of clinic: the great music of the 80’s and 90’s, contemporary Celtic, The Thompson Brothers, and indie funk. In ceremony: a variety of World Ethnic music - more live than electronic.
Words to connect to:
Being relational is at the core of it all. We are herd animals. We must connect, it is essential to our survival. -Lisa Hartwick
Connect, Touch, Move, Play, Repeat
I connect because:
It feels right in my body. Deep down I am fed by the world around me: people, creatures, plants, rocks, water, fire. Who are all these beings and what do I have to learn from them. How can I be in right relation with all that is around me?
Qualifications:
My formal Training began in high-performance sports, and moved naturally into physiotherapy. I immersed myself in the body world right away and in the early days started to grow more interest into the connections with the body/mind/spirit connection. I literally grew up in the forest and have continued to study how the wilderness interfaces with our body and souls. I work to blend high quality contact, high quality touch, high quality movement and high quality play to help people find their right expression of selves.
