Rental of The Treehouse, Movement Space, or Treatment Room for dates and times agreed upon by both parties, as space is available. *This agreement does not confirm a regular rental time. If you are seeking to rent at a regular time on a continual basis please contact us to discuss further.
Utilities including: electricity/hydro and Wifi
Free off street parking, as space allows

Partial greeting services (subject to availability and hours of front desk employee)

*Note: Use of the elevator can be arranged upon request. At times the elevator may be inaccessible depending on the studio schedule.

RULES FOR USER CONDUCT AND USE OF THE SERVICE

Practitioners must:

Provide qualifications/proof of certifications for their intended modality upon agreeing to this document
Provide their own personal liability insurance for their intended modality within 10 days of signing this document
Provide their own booking and payment services
Abide by all policies laid out by the Company, found here
Agree to a cancellation period of 24 hours, wherein should the practitioner cancel a booking less than 24 hours in advance, they will still be responsible for paying the agreed upon rental rate

Your permission to use the Service is conditioned upon the following use and conduct restrictions.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances

Access the Service for any reason other than your intended use as permitted by the normal functionality of the Service;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities;
Attempt to, or harass, abuse or harm another person or group
Interfere or attempt to interfere with the business practices of Third Space Movement.
