Scott

Move with him:

At the beach after a cold dip, hiking up Pkolls/Mount Doug, or at Third Space swinging kettlebells around.

Tunes to move to:

Folk or country when I’m driving, indie pop or emo rock when I’m working out, Lord of the Rings lo-fi beats when I’m working

Words to move to:

“Attention is the beginning of devotion” — Mary Oliver. Tuning into your body and how it moves is the most visceral form of self-love.

I move because:

Movement is about practicing being off balance/under tension and learning how to thrive in those conditions. I want to do that for as long as possible and be able to cultivate as much fun, confidence, and love along the way!
