Community Yin Yoga
Community Yin Yoga provides an accessible and affordable opportunity for people to begin their yoga journey with certified teachers in a supportive environment. Yin is an opportunity for you to find stillness and slow down. You will be guided through multiple postures, which will be mostly seated or reclined, and held for between 3-7 minutes. This practice is meant to target your tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. Classes are a $5 Drop-In, or included with memberships.
