Community Strength is an accessible strength based class that will move you through a variety of body weight strength exercises, teach you weighted movements, and more. Community Strength provides an approachable and affordable opportunity for people to begin their strength training journey with skilled coaches in a supportive environment.

How challenging is this class?

Regardless of your experience, you decide where you begin each class. The class is programmed so that you have various modifications and ways to increase load for a more challenging workout. Wherever you need to start, we will meet you there!

How is this class different from other Strength Classes?

Unlike Strength Hybrid and Kettlebells which require previous experience and knowledge, Community Strength requires no previous experience to join and is suitable for all levels. Additionally, Community Classes are only $5, making them our most affordable class with a low barrier of participation.

How many people usually attend?

At Third Space we offer an intimate group fitness experience. 10 people is the maximum capacity for Community Strength.
